Since 2006 Giving Back - In Education, Health, Employment, and Social.

• M.Y. International financially took care of four (4) students from high school to associate degree in college. Following their graduation they are currently holding jobs that allow them to support themselves as well as their extended families. One of them by the way is the first and only one in his family of eleven (11) children to go beyond high school.

• M.Y.I. believes that everyone needs to feel valued and appreciated, and for most of us, that means a job. So MYI presently has four (4) full time employees in a chicken coop and a farm business.

• M.Y.I. provided resources to a select group of students who were experiencing poverty and housing insecurity. To normalize their school experience, we took care of their basic needs such as school lunch, clothing, backpacks, uniforms, and academic materials. These students outperformed their peers.

• Each year, M.Y. I. helps a few needy families during the religious celebration of Tabaski Eid-Al-Adha and Eid-Al-Fitr (Ramadan).

• During the Covid-19 pandemic, M.Y. I. was second to none. Our team Senegal provided food and meds, as well as moral support to people in need, and on a case-by-case basis it covered part or all medical bills.

• One one-off social action we took was the circumcision of three (3) at-age boys at the request of their families.

• M.Y.I. Senegal actively fosters the advancement of women, empowering them in group projects and making them independent generators of income.

• M.Y. International inspires young people to get involved in their neighborhoods, to take leadership role, and to be the change they want to see in the development and transformation of their communities.

• Since March 2022, M.Y. I. is helping the village of Keur Mory finish the construction of their Quran school, which is in its final phase. MYI is at the same time working at rehabilitating and putting back to service their clinic that has been closed for many many years.
